At Auretic Designs, our supreme endeavor is your complete delight with each handcrafted silhouette. Should an acquisition require alternative sizing or adjustment, our concierge facilitates graceful returns and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility Window
Garments may be submitted for exchange or return within 7 days of confirmed delivery provided:
- The item remains completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and scented only with its original atelier finish.
- All original brand security seals, couture tags, and ribboning remain intact.
- Items are returned in their original luxury presentation boxes.
- The digital or printed invoice is enclosed.
2. Excluded Pieces
- Custom-tailored bridal creations, monogrammed items, or made-to-measure orders.
- Clearance archive drops marked as "Final Acquisition".
- Items bearing signs of wear, makeup contact, or perfume residue.
3. Exchange & Reimbursement Protocol
- Complimentary size exchanges are fulfilled swiftly subject to collection availability.
- Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days upon quality inspection by our master artisans.
- Funds are credited back through your original payment method via Razorpay.
