1. General Provisions

These terms oversee all commercial engagements and online visits. By submitting an acquisition request through our portal, you certify that you are legally competent (at least 18 years of age or operating under authorized supervision).

2. Atelier Representations & Sizing

Our digital lookbooks endeavor to portray colors, fabric weave, and drapery with the highest color fidelity. Nuances may naturally emerge depending on monitor calibrations. Specifications, dimensions, and availability are subject to periodic atelier revision without preceding notice.

3. Pricing & Currency Protocol

• All pricing valuations are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable goods and services taxation.
• Payment settlement must conclude prior to tailoring or inventory dispatch.
• Supported channels encompass verified Visa/Mastercard/Amex gateways, UPI, Net Banking, and designated digital wallets via Razorpay.
• Auretic Designs reserves the prerogative to void transactions flagged by automated fraud mitigation filters.

4. Intellectual Property & Heritage

All graphics, photographs, patterns, typographic styling, monograms, and literary compositions displayed on Auretic Designs remain the exclusive intellectual heritage of Auretic Designs. Unauthorized replication or commercial utilization is strictly prohibited under applicable copyright conventions.
